A self-assessment cannot tell you that you are safe. It can show you where you are guessing.

A questionnaire you answer about yourself is not an assessment. It cannot see what you can't see. So we don't pretend it can.
What it can do is show you where your information is incomplete. Those gaps: the Unknowns: are often more important than the Concerns you already know about.
